About the Award

The Anna Sloggett Award is given to a dedicated volunteer who has given assistance to the arts community over a long period of time in ways that are largely unrecognized. We appreciate those who get little applause, but continue to give. With each award, we honor Anna Sloggett who was WIT's first benefactor. Even at the age of 103, she stands tall with us and continues to inspire everyone with her bright sense of humor and wisdom.
